ProcessPower for ProMaster

ProcessPower for ProMaster gives the user total control over the ProMaster micromachining system with the following functions:

Key Functions

Operate X,Y at selected speed with mouse or joystick, toggling between three pre-selected speeds
Execute a pre-selected incremental movement in X or Y at the selected speed
Move to an absolute position with respect to a set zero position for X, Y or both simultaneously
Measure X and Y displacements from a set zero position, in µm
Set the current position as zero (or other value), X,Y or both. (Power-on zero position is defined with respect to home limit switches in the *.ini file). For example, to be in motion centre, or any other position. See, at a glance, the X,Y map position
Set laser firing, rep. rate and burst length. See at a glance laser status
Fire laser from joystick, in either burst or continuous mode, and count the shots
Fire the laser synchronously at selected rep. rate during either a continuous or incremental move, or both, separately in X and Y. Useful for ablating continuous strips without writing a control program
Perform automatic milling rate sequence: set shot number, fire laser, step in X or Y, step number, fire again, etc., for N regular cycles, or set any user values of number as desired. For example: logarithmic sequence
Select/change mask motifs, with display of relevant tool data
Import files in different formats: Excellon, Gerber, HPGL, and DXF. Convert into executable format, adding laser firing data as required, with selection of average shot number, etc.
Optimise the path to drill a set of N holes
Execute process files with pause/continue/abort/repeat functions, etc.
Set brightness and contrast of CCTV display, zoom display, print view
Use the video cursor to mark the laser impact position, or measure features with µm precision
